@TechTangents @venite I know two people who switched from tech to woodworking. They now make bespoke furniture and are much happier.

@rmondello fun fact, when I worked at the original organisation - it was 100% a goal to never, ever cause a user to have to reauthenticate due to an app upgrade or anything, because it would reduce the logged-in active user count and potentially cause metrics churn. Actual metrics that got reported in public, quarterly reports - unlike the fantasy, he-can-simply-invent-user-numbers, figures shared these days.
