I have to stop subconsciously touching my face all the time. When I had a beard it wasn't so bad, I could fool myself into thinking I looked pensive and shit. But since I sheared that off, I'm just afflicting myself with abnormal skin complexion. *I literally need a fidget toy to occupy my hands*. ...Or at least one hand, while the other operates a computer mouse.
(Suggestions welcome—I may start with a clicky pen, but my coworkers might justifiably need to kill me)

@jsstaedtler My go-to in this scenario is a pen and a sketchpad, just sort of doodle or take unnecessary notes. Although I'm just now realizing this might only work for me cus I'm left-handed, but use my mouse right-handed, so people who aren't ambidextrous or at least have the semi-ambidexterity that comes from being a leftie in a right-handed society might not be able to pull that off as well.
