I’m here to talk to people. To read things I care about. To see beautiful photos. To be part of a wonderful community. To talk about the things I love, to share my thoughts, and some of what I’ve learned over the years.

But also to share the small pleasures of life: a good pizza, a tiramisu, a beautiful sunrise over the sea, or a quiet path through the trees.

There is already enough anger in the world.

Life is too short to spend it being angry all the time.

there's too much of this negativity which really serves no one but the accuser's fragile/imploding ego.

time is finite, and i've always felt that it's important to experience it before you can't. even pain can be beautiful and a strong mentor, however the random flower, clean boot into bsd, plate of food, a song on the radio. all forms of beauty that i think we as a species take for granted at times.

sleep well, barista. tomorrow is another day full of all new wonders (and circus).
