If you're on my instance you're probably a decade or two older than I am. For me, Mastodon started with my interest in reading tech news, so I boost/post infosec and tech news a lot. I learned to read on a computer, work a government job, and was born after 9/11. Just because you're old doesn't invalidate my lived experience. I choose to code switch into typing like you do so you'll treat me with respect beyond my years. The word "Boomer" is used differently by us. If I use the word, and you talk about being Gen X, you don't understand what I'm saying. If you think that's ageist I don't think you're accepting accountability for your actions. The stereotype exists because of your generation's hated for the children.
The constitution is written to restrain the government, so arguments for it restraining citizens are lies.
