@barking From down in the WordPress weeds- I do not know if this feature is listed anywhere, but I discovered that if you activate the WordPress @activitypub.blog plugin, as a bonius your blog is now equipped to autoembed URLs from at least Mastodon and Pixelfed.

@cogdog @barking @activitypub.blog you are right. the plugin hooks into the embed feature of WordPress and adds support for ActivityPub enabled objects. This should work with every post, note, article, event, ... from a fediverse platform, that has not enabled AUTHORIZED_FETCH.

Oi #Fediverse..
Check out this 2min walkthrough of #Emissary's upcoming data migration tool. It's the last big feature I'm delivering in 2025.
It uses the "LOLA" data portability spec to transfer account data from one server (like Bandwagon.fm) to a new one (like bandwagon.your-band-here.biz)
No CSV files required. Just authenticate and approve, and everything just moves.
There's tons more to do, but I'm confident this will be live by Christmas. 🤘🏻
