@glitzersachen @tomstafford Team penguin, though I’ve only been using it for a couple of years. Linux is not perfect and not for everyone but it’s rekindled my love of computers, and I have grown to despise windows and microslop. A lot of fedi folk feel the same way I’ve noticed.

LOL, thanks for that, but no interest or energy to explore the dark web.My main point was that Mastodon is so obviously part of the clear/surface web! It's indexed by search engines!
No need for a different browser or VPN. You can just use the browser you already have. Or use a Mastodon app. I think most folks use an app, but I'm happy with the browser/web interface.
