1. We can block the IP address of him to stop him from signing up here, but we cannot stop him from chosing any server and signing up there. Mods in other servers need to do that.
2. We have a script running to suspend ASAP. This relies on assistance from other servers to update the shared spreadsheet.Mastodon's coding doesn't have reliable antispam measures that fit this sceneraio. Other servers don't have better spam measures.
