is there a macOS application that can do basic audio routing/mixing?

@lw I use GarageBand for most of this. Although GB only takes one input device, that device can have multiple sources, or can be an aggregate created in Audio Midi Setup.
A nice alternative is SoundDesk, available in the App Store.
