What's that alternative to raspberry pi machines again?

Edit: would love recommendations that fit a form factor not terribly dissimilar to the image. Super bonus points if it's ARM or RISC-V architecture

Honestly PC on a stick type machines are so cool. Just a lil thing with an HDMI port on the end.

All I've found though are x86 type versions. I'd be excited to find one that's ARM.

Started pulling apart some monolithic parts of the media-thing vs extension library into reusable components. I've got myself a target of December 29th for having a standalone server and very basic remote control android app. For the extremely silly reason that I want to make a portable media server to take with me to a new year's party to show my friends media-thing 😂

Of course I'm not totally confident I'll be able to
go as I'll be recovering from bottom surgery (!!) and I may not be in the best physical shape. At least we're all just queer nerds and the parties are pretty much just sitting in comfy piles of blankets watching stuff and talking so it's not like it'll be physically demanding.
