I wonder if I can get earrings shaped like those clacker things. You know the plastic, two-coloured toys with two independently moving triangles, with a plastic ball in the end? And when shaken correctly and rhythmically, will clack?
Something like that but hanging from my ear lobes, so when I run/jog/walk briskly, you'll hear two little clack-clack-clack-clack noises.
