Do web developers at #apple test their own product in #safari? Or test their own product period?

Seriously, what's happening at Apple? Is this the new normal for the quality of developer tools? Is this what complacency looks like? Is there nobody at Apple who thinks this is a problem? Don't tell me a trillion dollar corporation doesn't have enough resources to fix problems like this.
