@Craigp The overall curve of the sail doesn't require any special operation other than bending it with your fingers.These ships are just a few centimeters, so a tennis ball is too big anyways. Generally you roll the sail up against a pen to curve it, though this might destroy some of the 3D bulges.I'm talking about creating individual bulges in the lattice of sheets. If you fold it into a zig-zag and let dry around a small rod, unfortunately half of the bulges from that will go in wrong dir.
