How many people here would be interested if I did a digital security/privacy advice blog somewhere? -
“They’re just doing <positive thing> for attention!” is the weirdest criticism to me.@calcifer there's a facebook page that rips shreds (supposedly comedy) off volunteers (fire, rescue/assistance) who publicly comment that they're a firefighter or first responder or whatever, or if they're seen out (such as at a fast food place) in their uniforms. Double demerits for mentioning years of experience or awards received. I find it bizarre - why aren't people allowed to be proud of their achievements?
