Recently I went to a doctor for a check-up.Same here in the UK with the NHS, despite strenuous efforts by many parties and governments to sell it off and under-fund it.
When it works, and you make it into the system, it works astoundingly well.
They just need proper funding, and to stop being treated as a 'profit centre'.
