@kimlockhartga Not a good way of doing business.He already explained the conditions under which he would be willing to take the client back: they would have to pay enough to make it clear they were sorry, and be nice about their requests going forward. Completely reasonable conditions, and a business worried they might lose half their revenue would realize so immediately. (and probably reassign the manager who very nearly cost them so much with his mouth) @stefano
