No doom.@kwayk42 What is this, Ghostbusters? No Doom dogs.
-
No doom.@vxo It's funny how when his ears go down, the wrinkles go away and he turns from a pibble to a lab.
-
No doom.@nyanbinary No. No doom. Only dog.

No doom.@krypt3ia Nice! We're in the 50s so no snow in the forecast here. My last dogs carried saddle bags and it was nice. Less for me to carry and it slowed them down.

No doom.Is your new doggo still doing well @krypt3ia ?
-
No doom.@mycrowgirl It's funny how he basically switches back and forth between pittie and lab. He's like 80% each, it seems like. ๐
-
No doom.@alex02 He's such a good boy too. Perfect for my household and so happy. We got lucky.

@nazokiyoubinbou @Viss Exactly@Viss Yeah but I also didn't want people to get all worked up because they thought I was referring to migrants or something.

@nazokiyoubinbou @Viss Exactly@Viss I was going to make a joke about aliens in San Diego but with DHS the way it is, it would probably not land the way it did in my head.

My first day working at #Verizon Hope nothing goes wrong...@catsalad The worst part of the whole joke is that the Verizon outage isn't even top ten news events today.
-
My first day working at #Verizon Hope nothing goes wrong...@catsalad So how did it go? Anything interesting happen?

@nazokiyoubinbou @Viss Exactly@Viss Fortunately for some of us, most of the VZW modems used in utilities are in the older bands that VZW bought up from the other carriers when everyone was scrambling over rolling out 4G. So most outages like that don't impact the remote sites like they do devices on the 4G and up stuff. Most though, not all.

The stop using non-deterministic technologies to do tasks requiring deterministic outputs challenge.@mttaggart @SecurityWriter The worst part is how many people would call that a brilliant idea.

-
@nazokiyoubinbou @Viss Exactly@Viss Not really. Not only are people going to keep using it despite the failures, the article itself says:
I am a huge believer in artificial intelligence, and I believe that AI coding assistants have a valuable role to play in accelerating development and democratizing the process of software creation.
The quality will keep going down but the people will have sunk so much faith and capital into it that it will continue to dominate in spite of being objectively shit technology.

@nazokiyoubinbou @Viss Exactly@Viss I'm not a fan of that being the arena to put that kind of effort into though.
