@jik I didn't know that, and tbh, the fact that my first reaction was "that is so wild!" is probably indicative of why this lack is such problem now. Goodness.

Establish a generous UBI so creative people can do creative stuff out of pride.@meadow Thiiiiiiis. I am jumping through tons of hoops rn in hopes that someone will pay me $8500 for months of work to analyze where our broken TWSI in sidewalks are and make walking more accessible for blind people. I would do this for free if I didn't have to worry about food and housing!
