Of all the things I hate about working with computers, the way every goddamned app interrupts my train of thought at startup with notifications, modals, popups, megaphones, feature tours and other spam when I just want to Do a Thing and get out.

@reinderdijkhuis I am dreading the day when I can no longer get by with solely software that doesn't do that. My ability to get anything done will drop to nil.
