Changelog 
This Mastodon community is made awesome by it's members. And it is a true honour to serve each one of you. We've made several improvements lately that should benefit the experience.
- We've increased the Toot length from 1250 characters to double that size - 2500. Double the chars, double the fun
- We've increased the poll options from 4 to 8, so you have more freedom to poll the crowd on what *BSD they like. Or what their fave food is.
- We've increased the extra profile fields - so that it should fit everything where your mind and heart are at.
Furthermore, there were some behind the scene updates too:
- We've reworked the backups. More resiliency and quicker recovery should we ever need to
- We performed weekly plumbing, to keep the instance running smooth, stable and secure - to do just to the instance name
