The drivers for the system are in a folder on the C drive, along with other bits of software I used, but I'll share them separately too, the difficult ones, we're:
Video, Sound and USB.

I plan to share the OS install image so anyone else can use it, ready to go.

Here's inside, the case is basically a large heatsink.

Everything is working really well, damn 😍

Quite a bit of time went into this, but I now have a clean device manager and the system works well, it also shuts down properly.

I've been working on a little project while I've been away.
Maybe one of the smallest computers ever to run Windows 98SE natively, with Video, Sound, LAN and USB, no emulation, bare metal.
It's been a mission as it was never meant to run this OS and driver hunting was insane!

So, I've stuck an untested AGP - ATI Rage 128 Pro 16MB in, decided to give the latest version of Haiku a go and wow, it's so fast - a modern OS on a 25 year old Pentium 3 866MHz. 😍

It's got Lemmings installed, I can see the owner had fine taste!

I managed to get the Amstrad ALT-386SX laptop to boot! W00t!
Even better is, that it's the original 40MB HDD!
