Dear Gaza, this message comes from the heart of the Global Sumud Flotilla. The US veterans on board stand in unwavering solidarity with the mothers and children of Gaza. They recognize their government's complicity, but their conscience compels them to act. They are on their way to break the illegal siege and open a humanitarian corridor. Gaza's sumud, its steadfastness, gives them the courage to continue.

As the late poet Refaat Alareer said, "I am you”. To the people of Palestine, we are you. There is no distinction of separation that exists between us.
