@dillyd not sure, a few years? Still works fine, can still cut underground roots, but I haven’t figured out sharpening the serrated edge yet.

@dillyd they are so useful! My only issue is I’ve used it so much the serrated edge is wearing down

St Andrews Botanics today - first visit in a long time- lots of changes.

It’s an estuary at this point. The rocks are covered in lichen and lovely cushion-y moss.

The fuzzy buds of the fox and cubs vs the scaley buds of the yellow hawkweed.
Plants are cool. There are wonders all around us.
