Humans are mammals. Mammals can be born intersex. There are many, many ways to be visibly and invisbly intersex. There are even more ways to be trans because gender and sex are a spectrum.

Your religion insists on a binary so as to ensure one gender has power to control the other. That's not science. That's belief.
