Does anybody remember an animated movie about a forest, made entirely of oil-paintings? It comes back to mind from time to time, and I'm failing to track it down.
The one clear memory I have is of a deer reacting to a fire coming through.
I saw it in primary school, so it would have been made in the mid '70s at the latest. It was quite the accomplishment, even if it wasn't all that long - 24 oil-paintings per second is a lot!
My search-fu is failing me, hence trying the federated brains-trust.
