I'm currently celebrating Chilean national holiday that celebrate independence from Spain.
It's the most fun time for all Chileans, barbecue, wine, empanadas and terremotos drinks.
It my favourite time and I think it's more of less the only time Chile become a happy place and everyone is in a good mood for a change.
