That would be because activitypub.space doesn't have any existing federation (not even one way) with hackers.pub a.s received the topic through an announce by @hongminhee@hollo.social, but on its own won't receive edits unless perhaps you mention @technical-discussion 🙂 Likewise the comment reply won't propagate back as nobody from hollo.social follows this category. That said....... It should send the replies back to you. That could be improved.
