@box464 Not the answer you may be looking for, but I recommend having a look at the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. He gives great insights into how habits actually work, and they all start with some kind of stimulus.
I tried a lot of habit apps myself and none of them really worked for me for an extended period of time.
What did work though, was putting a paper version of a habit tracker on my fridge for the current month and tick off every completed habit for the current day.
Because I hated to see the unticked checkboxes everytime I walked past the fridge... 😆
