    @IanHill have you seen any other source indicating that this is actually happening or what specific tech are they referring to? I followed the links in the article and they all lead to unrelated topics. For instance, the only link that leads to a government source is referring to automatic braking, not ai-driven monitoring.

    It seems this discussion has been going on for a while, with forced interpretations being spread online every now and then. For instance, from 2022:

    This is an urban waterfall that collects street runoff water in Everett and diverts it to a wetland where the water can slow down and get filtered before entering the Snohomish River. I took this picture shortly after a heavy downpour.
    The waterfall structure is part of a pedestrian bridge over the railroad.
