I just checked and there appears to be a Gaming Mode for Picarto that allows you to stream games. The site does focus on the creativity aspects but you're apparently allowed to stream games.

I'd say maybe look at it, but at the same time I understand that it's not exactly /ideal/

@raccoon I've seen friends who stream NSFW stuff use Picarto and not have any issues with it
