I have to stop subconsciously touching my face all the time.@jsstaedtler My go-to in this scenario is a pen and a sketchpad, just sort of doodle or take unnecessary notes. Although I'm just now realizing this might only work for me cus I'm left-handed, but use my mouse right-handed, so people who aren't ambidextrous or at least have the semi-ambidexterity that comes from being a leftie in a right-handed society might not be able to pull that off as well.
