Today, I noticed that my account here on the BSD Cafe instance is already 2 years old. It feels like yesterday where I decided to create a Mastodon account here for my FOSS and Tech activities

I've never discovered such a friendly place on a social media platform. Most platforms today are (unfortunately) full of stupid contents and toxic comments, but it's great to see exceptions.

Today was a long day and concluded with a specific network switch that decided to go down. The good thing, the productive system was running normal, the bad thing, it was the management switch that enables us to access some important servers and switches via SSH and Web (great). So in case something doesn't work as expected, we couldn't solve it.

Long story short, an evening trip to the data center with some screwing and cable switching

@stefano It is very cloudy here and it looks like it will rain. The perfect day to be productive and for a little bit gaming afterwards

@stefano I have EuroBSDcon on my list of events I want to visit. I couldn't manage to get there this year but perhaps next year
