@laurenshof @cwebber This is Soapbox which can be used as a client for Mastodon. It looks like a better interface but it still has the "everyone mentioned receives the message" broken stair. Even a bit worse because when you have an existing exchange with someone in "Messages" and you @ someone else, it looks like the other accounts are no longer mentioned (they are no longer colored links) but they in fact also receive the DM π
