I bumped in to Tom a few years ago. I didn’t want intrude as he perused the wine selection in Waitrose but I knew I’d always regret not saying anything. So, politely and discretely I asked, “Excuse me, I don’t mean to bother you but…you do look a lot like Tom Baker.”
He leaned toward me and said, with that smile and a twinkle in his eye: “I used to be!”
