First little basket I've made in a while. This one was done with clematis vines. It's another plant that grows with invasive behaviors in my area but not one I've every worked with before.
It was a real joy to discover how perfect of a basketry material it is! Once the rigid bark is peeled off its long, flexible and rehydrates easily.
