Did you try making the changes to Lemmy for authorized fetch which are described in that thread to which you linked?

If so, did those changes resolve this issue for you like it did for the people in that discussion?

It could be a network issue like a TLS version mismatch, or DNS, or something else. We can start ruling this out.
