Setting that aside, you're coming off less like someone who wants to engage in a community and more like someone who wants to homogenize a community to your ideas. You seem like someone pissed off, and that's fine kindling, but getting pissy someone isn't posting a whole screed with cited information ain't it.

Setting THAT aside, attacking folks for knowing shit you aren't aware of ain't cool either. OP posted a whole thing and all you did was bitch and moan about how she was attacking the "western left", that practically screams "not all men".

My piece is, work on yourself, you can learn from folks with broader knowledge in fields you're shallow in if you take a second to absorb information instead of waiting for the word that is an "attack" on you.
