@daveshea Chances are you’re over frothing the milk near the top of the milk surface. It’s actually a lot less time at that high point in the milk than you’d think it is. Lay a little (emphasis on little) base of milk initially, and then gently lay the milk design on top as it fills. Easier said than done – coming from 7.5 years of experience. You got this!
