If you say I am a foreigner in order to point out real differences (cultural, language,…), it is different to just calling someone a foreigner. And calling someone a foreign asshole is definitely racism, because you make the fact that that person is foreign part of the insult. And concerning the couchfucker’s wife, you did precisely that, only with another word than asshole.
