I lost sudo package and su was for some reason disabled while I was upgrading Ubuntu to 25.10@yuki2501 Well, I'm not a Linux guy, but maybe you could boot from a LiveCD, mount the root file system, chroot, passwd - in other words, create a password for root (I have one, I don't understand why there shouldn't be one :) ).
