Remember when in response to the #AntennaGate #SteveJobs came out saying it was «no issue», just «the users holding it wrong»?If a growing number of your users complain about a particular aspect of the UX of the software you wrote, this is not *harassment*, regardless of how many technical excuses you may have for the poor UX.
