This morning I almost opted for a home dancing session but then I looked outside, saw the ☀️ for the first time in weeks and decided to go.I planned to go slow and run 1 hour, however, while still keeping it slow, I found it enjoyable enough to complete the 11 km loop.Does this mean it's the end of my slump?
