There are a handful EU institutions, commissioners and MEPs on the fediverse.
From the top of my head:
EU Commissioner: @HennaVirkkunen
Smaller institutions: @EUauditors
MEPs are more tricky to find, they tend to prefer to be on instances linked to their political parties. Here's one MEP from the #GreenParty: @janalbrechtEvery MEP, institution, commissioner, has public contact details on their websites. It's worth sending messages there to make a push for the Fediverse.
