Seller was shipping world-wide with no signs of any compliance. Even under US law, this operation was clearly illegal.
I reported the ad to Facebook and Fb played stupid. They wanted a URL for the ad. The ad was appearing right next to my time line (https://facebok.com/).
I reported the case to several (~5) police authorities but none responded.
Only the payment processor (stripe) took action.
