Superblock addon for Hubzilla v3.1 available for testing

Superblock v3.1 has now been merged into the dev branch of the official addons repository, and is available for testing.

This release introduces the ability to set an expiration time for channel blocks, editing entries in the block list and a few usability improvements.

@Harald Eilertsen What is the difference between block channel and block on site? Does "Block channel" this mean Block ON THIS channel?

@*_jߍyrope "Block from site" adds the channel to the site wide block list. Under /admin/security. It's only available to site admins.

@Harald Eilertsen Okay, yes, this is understandable doubt-free as only my whole site could be meant, not their whole site?
But does Block Channel mean block on this channel, that i am currenty using? Or does it mean block only that other channel - somehow the object is missing in that command.

But this is good feedback! If the wording is unclear we should definitely improve it. I'm happy to take suggestions.
