@hardpenguin13 I think like any other place. Share your insights and journey of your process and use relevant hashtags (relevant ones, not just any imo). Interact and engage with like-minded peeps. Having said that I don't have a lot of followers but being vocal and engaging helps in my eyes 😅

@hardpenguin13 be an active participant in your communities of interest and also show off what you're working on every now and then. fedi is very much you get what you put into it. follow lots of interesting people, boost interesting stuff, and make friends.
also use relevant hash tags. you can follow hash tags here, i follow quite a few of them

@hardpenguin13 engage with the community on fedi honestly and be responsive, don't just promote. show and talk about your process. pin a post for your game that people can boost which you'll edit on release so they'll get the edit notification and know its out
