@_elena Chiming in re the issue of people parsing the symbol as "A" or "Y" instead of "O":
Rotating it in a way that the darker colors are on top might help. Or brightening them. Or putting it in a circle.

The darker colors don't really pop against the dark background, leading to the difficulties in parsing it as a letter.

@_elena I would like the O to be somewhat darker/fainter or otherwise distinct from the other letters—so the letter has been *changed to include* the Fediverse logo, rather than placed behind it. So somewhere between the two versions. As it stands, I feel that the logo is in front of the word, rather than part of it.
