Good morning Fedi friends!

I'd like to create a custom #Fediverse t-shirt for my upcoming talk at #BerlinFediDay.

I thought of maybe using the Fediverse logo as the "O" for "HOPE". What do you think? Trying to gauge if it's cheesy or not, I'd love some external opinion 😅

Unfortunatly, my initial read is HYPE and I didn't see HOPE until I read the explaining text. But else it looks good.

May be slightly darkening the inner part of the logo, to make the outer part more visible ?
Else, I would have recognize a O.

@_elena I also really like the general idea and love the focus on hope, but like @mjj my brain flipped a bit between “HOPE” and “HAPE”.

(But I don’t see any other helpful logo ideas - https://wedistribute.org/2024/09/history-fediverse-symbol/ - so this is perhaps the best to go with!)

And now I want one of these shirts, too! 🤣

@_elena I try to look at it outside of the Fedi Day, and I don't think it would work well to communicate "fedi" since no one who doesn't already know it knows the logo.
Just "for the insiders" I find it cute though
