@helenclayton 😂 I remember my dad growing at least two every year and my mom would always shake her head. We would also have at least a half dozen tomato plants as well because he wanted variety. My sibling hates tomatoes but it was long before his obsession with tomatoes. Dad had his section of the garden and mom had hers. They're still going at it decades later.

A friend gave me a chunk of squash from an enormous one she couldn’t finish.@helenclayton I'm not allowed to plant zucchini anymore because the one plant I raised produced way too many for my family and work team to handle. Folks in the community loved it though. Even the massive ones that I didn't catch in time.

Something I grew up with when my mom was figuring out how to use all the zucchini. Zucchini pancakes were less tasty.
