The best decision I made in my working life was dropping to a four day week.@ianbetteridge I did it for about 6 years after having children and it kept me sane (and, as far as I can see, didn't affect my productivity). Unfortunately, I had to go back to 5 days for the money. Would go back to 4 again in a flash, if I could. I felt so much more in control of my life..

About time!About time! This has been an issue for years. It's not so bad when you're driving in the town and the streetlights help balance it out, but on rural roads with no lighting, it's a flipping nightmare.
