The baked cake. The mirabelles have mostly disappeared in the batter. The recipe calls for slightly underbaking so I hope I didn't overdo the underbaked part 😅. Finally found out why my stress levels are so high during the night, resulting in non restorative sleep. It's my digestion, likely also affected by LC. Eating smaller portions over the day helps tremendously! Posting here because maybe it helps someone else. #LongCovid #mecfs
